You are responsible for properly looking after your car on a day to day basis but as Driver1 has partnered with local car dealerships who provide the cars they are responsible for the servicing, and MOT of their cars and this may include an extended warranty.
If something goes wrong with the car please contact your Driver 1 dealer centre and they will arrange to have it rectified.
