Our money-back guarantee makes the assumption that there’s no additional damage to the car, that you haven’t modified the car and that you return all of the documents you received with the car. Unfortunately, we’ll have to charge if any of these assumptions are broken. However, clearly, if you’re returning because of a mechanical fault, we’re not going to make you pay for it.
